The District Chief Executive, Honourable Ibrahim Adams in collaboration with the District Director of Education and officials from the Ghana Education Service, undertook a monitoring exercise to a number of 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) across the district from Monday, 4th May to Friday, 8th May, 2026.
The exercise was to provide an opportunity for the District Chief Executive and the team to encourage the candidates, interact with supervisors and invigilators and assess the general conditions under which the examinations were being conducted.
During the visits, the District Chief Executive encouraged the candidates to remain focused and confident and wished them success in their examinations and future academic pursuits.
