Inaugurated by Hon. Ibrahim Adams
Hon. DCE Ibrahim Adams has inaugurated a micro-food processing centre at Ahwerewa in the Sekyere East District of Ghana’s Ashanti Region. The centre, sponsored by World Vision Canada, aims to improve household nutrition practices and provide livelihood opportunities for women and children. The Nutrition-Oriented Motherhood Project seeks to strengthen food security, promote sustainable development, and empower women economically. The centre will process locally available food items into shelf-stable products, enhancing food accessibility and nutrition.
